Tom McGee

Trudy joined the Chamber as its inaugural Chief Executive in January 2009. She oversees the day-to-day running of the Chamber and is a Board Director.

Fiona joined the team in 2014 and is responsible for Chamber membership, business development and business mentoring. She will also deputise for Trudy on a range of groups and committees.

Emma joined the Chamber in April 2022 as our Office Manager with responsibility for all our office administration and finance.  She also handles our client contracts, fund management and projects.

Laura joined the team in 2022 as our Operations & Communications Manager supporting chamber members, projects and client contracts. Laura will also deputise for Trudy on a range of groups and committees.

Jenny joined the chamber in 2022. She studied for an SVQ 3 in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6 with UHI North Highland and later became our Business Administrator.

Lindsay joined the team in 2024 as our Talent Attraction Specialist for Recruit North Highlands. Lindsay works closely with local businesses to promote Caithness and Sutherland as a great place to live, work and invest.

Alison joined the Chamber as a Senior Administrator in 2023 and primarily manages the administration of the Caithness & North Sutherland Fund.  Alison also supports the administration of the other funds and contracts in the Chamber portfolio.

Tom joined the Chamber in 2024 as Operations Manager for Developing the Young Workforce North Highland.
