Ice and Fire Distillery is a small batch craft Distillery in Smerral, Latheronwheel.
The distillery is a family enterprise run from a small croft. Crofting and the surrounding area provide the provenance in the company brand and in their ingredients with local salmon berries and purple heather tips featuring in their gins.
We have ambitious growth plans to expand the business and provide a restaurant and tourist visitor experience.
