Daniel is an American technology lawyer, strategic business advisor, and the founding partner of the London office of Silicon Valley headquartered Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati (WSGR).

Dan also works closely with UK, US and Irish investors and government agencies, as well as accelerators and incubators such as Techstars, Level39, Seedcamp, Microsoft Ventures and Startupbootcamp, on cross-border trade and investment initiatives.
Dan opened WSGR’s London office to provide US access and support to technology-driven UK companies through their US life cycle. Dan will discuss best practice for navigating the logistical aspects of launching and operating a UK business in the States and setting and meeting expectations for US later-stage funding.
