WorldHost Customer Service Training

Caithness Chamber of Commerce is leading a steering group to deliver WorldHost customer service training across the region of Caithness and Sutherland.

In late 2013 the Chamber launched the initiative in Caithness by achieving WorldHost Recognised Destination status for the iconic location of John O’Groats. The end goal of this initiative is to recognise excellent customer service and assist in raising the standard across the region and achieve destination status for both Caithness and Sutherland.

WorldHost recognition is fast becoming a must-have for any business with customer-facing staff. Businesses that have been through the training have reported increased sales, improved customer feedback and boosted motivation and satisfaction among staff.

Since the launch of the programme, we’ve helped over 50 businesses gain WorldHost Recognised Business status, training over 200 customer-facing employees. This figure is set to increase as more and more businesses recognise the value the programme can deliver.
