Trudy joined the Chamber as Chief Executive in January 2009. She is a member of the Council of Scottish Chambers of Commerce, Chair of the Wick Airport Consultative Committee and a director of Caithness Partnership. On behalf of the interests of members of the Chamber, she sits on a variety of groups and committees such as the Dounreay Stakeholder Group, Highland Economic Forum, Caithness and North Sutherland Regeneration Partnership Delivery Group and Advisory Board.

Nicola Dreaves joined the Chamber in March 2011. She is responsible for Chamber membership and services, business development, business mentoring and project and staff management. On behalf of the interests of members of the Chamber, she deputises for the CEO on a range of groups and committees.
